Lord B, our dynamic world president, got wind of a seemingly banal tale, indeed perhaps too trivial, but which will make drafts in the innards of ministries across Europe.
Culture Clash...? Imagine a simple European citizen, resident in the beautiful belly bottom of the World, Paris (not Hilton), that the latin system cheated in the intricacies of Justice in response to a simple matter of a water damage dispute with the landlord of his housing.
In his wanderings over the police and judiciary, the civil litigation enriched apparent irregularities and evil for our France, the land of Voltaire... Indeed, since our hero noticed one day several water leaks one in the batroom and one from the works made on the building ’s façade. The tennants were responsible, despite the experts declarations. In the end of inadmissibility of his complaint by his landlord triggered complaints going back and forth, then turned the final joke on our rascal which will not be the last victim, believe me.
As you can guess, rejection of responsibility as usual in France... Europe??? Unilateral termination of lease. Forgery and faking by the young lawyer. Such tools of deception were used by this small proud Napoleonic character maybe from a well established Parisian justice family... He came to the rescue of a young "destabilised" model... Welcome to
France ! Evaporation of police reports and complaints filed and handrails in a Commission or prosecutors, false belief exhibits created by "experts", "advisors" and so on...
The seven years that have just passed have seen our man drawn into this vicious circle. He was made to find needle in a haystack in this circus, and face the baseness of this pathetic court not to find on the needle themselves. Nothing animal here. Just human nature. The worst of humanity.
Thus, equipping himself with courage and patience, with the Penal Code under his arm, this simple man has decided to wage war against these small abuses that undermine the morale of EU citizens.
He is blond with blue eyes, cultured and perceptive. These will be his only weapons to deal with this army of the shadows, a mass of individuals who do not know each other but pile the blame and incite crime.
What began with the story of a "KARCHER" normally destined for the youngsters of wild suburban Paris, turned into a torrent of complaints to the highest peaks of the Himalayas potentiaire.
History of the regular scum you may say to me, but it refers to the collective conscience of a handful of repeat offenders torturers: lawyers, police, court clerks, judges, heads of ministries, princely toilet cleaners. All are now pursued in justice...
If this simple story came to the ears of Lord B, it's because this male, this hero of modern times has engaged in an activity which joined his basic message: saving tropical forests...
Because it is a feeling nauseous the mess that emerges from this case in the state? Too much abuse of power, confidence, abuse of procedures. Too many departures from the rule, which is the last formal notice of the person on a Sunday, never seen before! Too much deception, lies, slanderous ravens (which our parrot is particularly sick of).
Too much incompetence finally... this small world that voted yes to Europe in 2005 but forgets that it is European, not just French. This cacophony of aspiring bonded bureaucratic slaves, discourage, tear down, and destroy the lives of citizens. These penpushers play in the state ministeries, vying for the smallest bit of power, they are the ones guilty of maintaining a standard of incompetence, resigning themselves to being no more than a laughing cow (La vache qui rit) that is watching the Paris-Strasbourg TGV pass.
What do proponents of France do for international investments? Their aim is to promote the performance of France to win over the big coffers world in order to divert attention away from the responsibility of their own economies.
How to justify these deviations from the nearly 70 million annual tourists who visit the land of freedom? How can they ensure they are safe, while 54% of police reports were declared false in 2007?
Why let this clique undermine the individual’s consumer choice and let France fade into the travel brochures of others.
They all seem ignorant to the rule of law, and the minimum of respect that they owe to a fellow EU citizen, who's rights has been violated.
As proof, let’s remember the huge number of French police reports regularly considered by the European Commission for irregularity or spurious content. This share has risen sharply since Brussels is getting more interested in turnover. After all it seems a bit outdated to require companies to have a social corporate responsibility!
You know, that in Europe, it is written in the constitution that an official cannot be prosecuted for leaking information to the press if the subject is of public interest. And although no one has budged, no one said NO, then I do not endorse, I do not validate, I do not condemn!
All this mess is above all human, but it comes from a stack of bureaucractic paper as tall as the Eiffel Tower, paper for all sort of fnes, paper tissues and toilet paper, is participating in an environmental disaster that began with the massacre of trees, thus Forestry Green our solidarity.
These gestures are far beyond the flapping wings of a butterfly, or a parrot’s, and should generate much chaos in the proportional establishment. After the Clearstream affair, this is the case GreenStream, this green trail will flow right to the European Court of Justice, where it is the responsibility of government representatives which will be in the dock. You’ve heard of the chaos theory, now here’s the K.O. theory!
